Going through a very difficult situation, a few years back, rediscovering my childhood interest saved me. Music, writing, gardening, sewing, and cooking gave me the outlet I needed to start over. A diamond in the rough, in the form of a 116 year old farmhouse, allows me the opportunity to do all of the above. Enjoy the pictures of my progress. Savor the recipes.

Super Tot Casserole
Place all the ingedients in a two quart pot, over medium high heat. I like to cook with stainless steel pots that have aluminum clad bottoms. They cook like aluminum pots, but aren’t as heavy. Stir all of the ingredients together and keep slowly stirring till the mixture starts to boil.
